CLASS VENUE: THE HEALTH BARN
Our class will be in the Loft of The Health Barn situated in the small village of Askham, 15-minute drive from the beautiful town of Penrith. You will find in Askham plenty of green space, pubs and a small local shop.
Not far away is Askham Hall, Lowther Castle - a beautiful ruin with 130 acres of gardens, old and new, from medieval times.
Our 3 hosts May, Maureen and Debi are available to help support you with any accommodation and travel information you may need.
HOW TO GET THERE & ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Penrith, the nearest town is on the main train line from London Euston, Manchester Airport, Edinburgh, Glasgow - with lots of accommodation in the town ranging from 4* with pool to b&b to hostels!
Penrith is a traditional Northern English Market Town with lots of options to eat at night
Penrith is only 10 minutes from the 2nd largest lake in the Lake District - Lake Ullswater and Askham is only 10-15 minutes from the lake.
There is a bus service from Penrith to Ullswater and beyond for anyone asking to explore the area in days before and after class.

I'm Mary Case, and I'm so happy to share my journey with you.
Since 2021, I've been actively working as an Advanced Joy of Business Facilitator, collaborating to empower entrepreneurs, neurodivergent thinkers, and seekers to embrace the power of pragmatic and energetic creation. As a Business and Life Coach, I'm proud to be able to support my clients to expand both areas in a pragmatic and energetic way. I bring Body facilitation and therapy into all my work classes, calls and workshops.
As a Body Facilitator and Advanced X-Men Facilitator, my focus is on creating safe and transformative spaces where individuals can discover their true potential. I take pride in having been a Talk to the Entities Facilitator, and am well able to guide people to connect with subtle energies and understand the world around us on a deeper level.
My vision and target is to empower others to uncover their inner strength and embrace change as an opportunity for growth. I know that each of us has the capacity to shape our lives as we desire, and I'm here to support you on your path to transformation.
