In this two hour intro class we will explore how different X-Men bodies are and how to create more ease and joy with embodiment. We will look also at how X-Men have the capacity to "heal" in a very different way.  

You are welcome to bring your stories of injury/body pain/diagnoses and beyond to this call and Mary will gently invite you to a different possibility.

Mary speaks from her experience as a Three Day Body Class Facilitator, an X-Men Facilitator and as someone who “puzzles” the medical profession in how she heals her own magical body.

There are no pre-requisites for this class and it can be attended live or online.
